I live outside Houston and still have to run the A/C. Can you imagine the frustration of having to deal with all this heat all year round? (A bit trollish perhaps, but that's why I left the great white north years ago and headed south). Cheers.
Bear in mind you're going to be eating your heart out most of the time-especially in the summer.
As a point of information I am going to be going to San Antonio in January for my son's graduation from Army medic training school. It ought to make a nice change of pace.
As I wrote my earlier comment, I checked the weather. We're in for a "cold spell" the next few days; temperatures in the 50's! So I have to give up the troll thing!
Good news on your son and congratulations to him! I take it he's graduating at Brooks?
I believe that's where he's slated to emerge from as a newly minted medic.
